  • This year, parents will be able to access the Registration Form to enroll your child(ren) in our Extended Care Program by

    logging into your Curacubby Parent Portal. The following link to access the Registration Form. This link will take parents

    to the login screen and then redirect them to the Registration Form:

    Submissions can be found by clicking ‘Signups’ under ‘Signup Tool’ in the left sidebar. You can click on ‘PDF’ to download

    a pdf of the submission. To accept a Registration Form, click on the gear icon, then click on the check. The completed

    form will then be found in the forms section of the student’s profile.

    By registering and paying the Registration Fee of $75.00, you will be charged $6.00/per hour for The Tigers Den. You will

    be billed in 1/2 hour increments. If your child(ren) attend all 3 hours on an average day, you are discounted $1 per hour.

    Online Registration open from August 1st thru 20th and again from August 21st thru 31st. We need time to integrate all

    who have registered during the first 20 days of August into the system prior to school beginning. If your child attends

    our after school program from August 25 thru the 31st and you have not registered them, you will be charged the nonregistration

    hourly rate of $8 per hour. After August 31st, registration will be closed and you will not be able to take

    advantage of the discounted hourly or the monthly rate for the 2021-2022 school year.
