    Tuition assistance grants may be available. Please read the respective information carefully to determine if the financial aid program will meet your needs. Be sure to follow the application process completely, as well as submitting your application and supporting documentation by the deadlines. If you require help, contact our bookkeeper in the school office.

    DO YOUR 2017 TAXES AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE. ALL AID IS GIVEN ON A FIRST COME - FIRST SERVED  BASIS.

    A COPY OF EVERYTHING MUST BE SENT TO THE OFFICE AND YOU SHOULD KEEP A COPY.

    FACTS online application for the 2018-2019 school year.

    This application is used for FACE, PACE and SCHOOL TUITION ASSISTANCE.

    YOU MUST FILE AN APPLICATION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE.

    Aid is given on a first come - first served basis. Complete your application ASAP, do not wait for your taxes to be done. Do your taxes as soon as possible.



    We use FACTS to determine tuition assistance eligibility. Families may use the FACTS application to apply for  Family Aid Catholic Education (FACE) grants, awarded by the Diocese of Oakland, PACE and St. Joseph School Tuition Aid. Only one application and one fee are required per family.

    Families must submit the FACTS application no later than March 15, 2018 to be considered for tuition grants for the 2018-2019 school year.

    We cannot process tuition grant applications until you have submitted all supporting documents and completed the FACTS application.
